I dislike the over use of nectar to cut down trees etc otherwise an ok gameStupidity astounds me

All buildings and nectar springs are frozen. Can't make anything. Keep opening new places only to find they won't stay open,then have to spend more coins,nectar and gems. Have also spent real money. Not nice have sent emails about problems but so far no response.Be good to. Me
