Has a few bugs to fix.
Half the time using this app for work it takes too long to load or it won’t load at all. I have to go through my browser to get Alora to work. Also the 5 minute countdown stating that if you hit “continue” you can finish working, is useless. It logs out every single time no matter if it’s been a few seconds since the timer has been activated or minutes it still logs out. If those things were fixed that would make the app a 4 star rating for myself personally. I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and it’s been a repeated problem. Other than that I have no complaints

Awesome App
I absolutely love this app.
Easy access and works well for me.
I have never had an issue with it freezing or stalling but then again I keep my phone and all my apps up to date.
I appreciate that I have to login each time with PW to view visits/patient . It just feels more secure and I don’t have to worry about just anyone seeing patient info. Hippa Hippa Hippa

Great app. Has everything I need to access on the go without any problems.

I like the fact that entire Alora system can be used from my mobile phone. No need to carry an extra device to use the software.
Makes it easy
I use this app to login to Alora Plus software instead of the browser. That makes it easy and faster. The software is overall very easy to use. I can see my visits for the day as soon as I login, but it lets me change the date range to see all my visits for the whole week.
Updates needed
1.login needs shortened. Save info. Face ID?.
2. Be able to manually adjust times for login.
3. Be able to delete all useless tasks client does not use.
4. Hide tasks never use.
5. Save template of tasks done daily. Always pop open same. Confirm yes & be done.
6.fix whatever causes it to not open & load correctly.

Terrible, horrible app
I have to type my username and pswrd all the time. No face scan or save your information. Please do something about it.zero would’ve been better rate for this app

I would like to be able to log in easier so I don’t have to fully type out everything every time. I would also like to see the whole week set out for me,

Please make this so people can look at their whole week’s schedule instead of each day individually. That’s such a pain. Also, it would be nice to log in with a thumbprint or face scan. This app seems very antiquated.
