I love it! But I have it now around close to 2 years and I keep it clean so it will clean at its best ever time I use it but here for some reason it started for some reason when I am driving it with my phone it will all of Sutton lose its connect and start going by it self and I will have to mash the button on top of it to stop it and I will have to close out the app on my phone to get it to reconnect and and it now does it all the time so I gotta we’re I just don’t use the phone and just hit the button on top that’s the only thing I have not like about it because it cleans good but I cannot get it to stop messing up with the phoneTot7771
Functional- easy to use
We use the app to control our robot vacuum. It’s easy to use and consistently works well. I like how B&D throws in features like being able to remote control the vacuum and change its colors on the color wheel.

Picks up Dog Hair
As far as the vacuum goes, it’s really great. I have four dogs and it picks up the hair off the floor really well. I do wish they had went with two rollers that I see the others have come out with now. The only down side is that I can’t order filters or replacement parts right from the app. You have to call a number and talk to someone. That’s inconvenient. Please make it so I can just order them online.vaccum cleaner diva

Very good unit though with shortcomings
I really like the unit and it does a good job cleaning hardwood and getting over large area rugs. However it has a shortcoming in size as the unit gets stuck under the toe kick overhang on the kitchen cabinets and clearance under leather sofa and love seat. I’ve had to a number of times get it dislodged.Tom Haggerty
Efficient
It does a great job! It is a little big to get under all furniture but thank goodness it has a large dirt bin. We have German Shepard’s and it does a great job on the hair! I can’t believe it picks up even the small dust like dirt. I had some charging issues in the beginning but B&D took care without question so since it has been great. Love it!!bobcher1
