Useless and terrible developers
Game has crazy bugs, developers add new tasks when old ones do not work. Have tons of extra buffs, shards, redemption items that can’t be traded or upgraded for other items, developers keep adding more! Just dumb! Shiny things seem to make these folks happy but sure do crap up the game ...

Can’t access account
I use to play this game all the time, I got pretty far, I deleted it because I got too busy to play but now when I want to play it again its asking for a password, I don’t remember the password, or remember making one, and now I can’t get into the account.

I have been having issues with this game for a few weeks and nothing works that they have told me to do now I did what they said I can’t even get the app back on my iPhone when I reinstalled the game all I get now is when I go to open the app I get a

I have lose my castle lord lvl 62 because of then and now they can’t give me my account back ...
Game glitches
I logged in one day just to see I was completely logged out of my account. It has me as if I was starting a new game. So I had to re log in my account by logging in using Facebook. Low and behold items that I earned were missing. I had over 18,000 arrows in the monster hunt area and the were basically down to like 2000 or some. I immediately contacted support which considered of several automated responses before I get a real response which was days later saying the tech support could find my problem. They do this often to players. Basically act as if they don’t see the issue as if you are lieing or basically disregard you to the point you just give up trying to fight for your things you earned. They can so called find when a player is cheating but all of a sudden can’t find issues for genuine true players. I earned a thing I have in this game by purchase or rewards through the game. All I ask is for them to replace what was took from me during a glitch that logged me completely out but the won’t even do that. We spend money to play but don’t get the true support we deserve.
