I have been using the stick since June 2024 as I bought. Suddenly now it can not back up new pictures any more. It crashes as it starts back-up with 0 new files error. Pleas fix the tool on iPhone.
Deserves no stars AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This product doesn’t work and the device is flaky. Don’t buy it. They won’t let you return it and offer random sums of money to make you go away. The customer service is a joke. They sent me instructions for a completely different app with instructions in a foreign language. Do yourself a favour and use something else

Doesn’t work
This device will take information from my iPhone but my Windows computer doesn’t recognise or even acknowledge it is there. Therefore I can’t transfer them and my money has been wasted! What a con.
Poor (ie no) Instructions
Why buy a device to store your iPhone pictures? Simple answer AND should be a simple task:
1). Open your phone and the App;
2). Select the photos to copy;
3). Create/Name of the folder(s) where the photos are saved; then
4). Transfer them.
This App does not do this AND what instruction there are A) are for a different device, and B) don’t even have the correct menu options, so you cannot follow them if you wanted to.
I sure the developers did not intend to make software which did not work. But the higher-ups in the company are failing to oversee their produce. And in the long run the company will fail. . . . Merely look at their comment ratings.
