Errors without any detail
When I am trying to login the app it shows a message that I need to login using the browser and complete “some” steps. It doesn’t tell me what needs to be done to enable this access again.
So now I am stuck trying to decipher what to do on the web app, but there is nothing I do there that unlocks the step for me to log back in using the mobile app.

Face ID doesn’t work
The app wanted me to call in to support to enable Face ID which seems weird. When I did they tried upselling their money management plans. Once I got through the security checks I was able to enable Face ID but every time I kill the app and relaunch there is a Face ID error alert that shows up. Please fix this and allow folks to self serve via the app vs. calling into support to upsell.Show lessasubramanya
Not properly integrated with iOS QuickType bar making password management difficult
This app is overall ok despite being difficult to navigate. The most frustrating is the poor security integration on the iOS app. I cannot automatically get my password management application to identify Shareworks which adds more friction to the login process.Jleick
