My Fitbit won’t even turn on it’s very annoying because I spent a lot of money on this and the app doesn’t want to connect I’ve read the instructions and tried so many ways to turn it on but it won’t it will charge and it only connect when charging when you disconnect it, it goes back to square one and won’t turn on.Show lessNathaly Conde

App is terrible. Always crashing. Never saves my personal info therefore always losing my step track info and calories. Makes it impossible to view weekly results.Si si si
Too Many Bugs
I can’t even use the band or app together because the app crashes every time I try to pair it with the band. Without the app, the band is useless to me. I want the full bang for my buck and I’m not getting it. Sadly going to return it and get a more expensive one.oHeyitsKellie

Good except app keeps shutting down
The app looks good but I can't actually have a proper look at it because as soon as I connect my watch, every time I open the app it shuts down? Maybe a bug that needs fixed please fix soon and I will increase my rating.Niknak3571
