However, the 2 way audio doesn’t work at all. The app keeps telling me that it fails to connect to audio and I cannot speak to my son through it either. I can’t seem to find any answers online so hoping for something here

App will not connect

Hi VickieWally, I am Oliver and here to assist! Does the humidifier show as offline in the app now? If so, you would need to reset it and then set it up again: Press and hold the PAIR/RESET button on the bottom of the Device until you hear a beep. Wait for a minute for the Device to restart. When the Device LED is flashing, this indicates that it is in setup mode. Now restart the setup from your smartphone again.
