Reads like a collection of rules
The data accurately reflects the Byzantine nature of the Indian constitution. The basic tenet the all men and women are created equal is absent, resulting in religious and caste differentiation. Regarding the structure of Parliament, it faithfully replicates the structure of UK wherein the King/Queen is replaced by President, the House of Lords replaced by Rajya Sabha, the House of Commons replaced by Lok Sabha. This structure is replicated in the States, with Governor, Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly, respectively. There are many structural weaknesses that has allowed the Politicians and Bureaucracy to hijack power resulting in excessive corruption and mediocrity. Despite this the country progresses which is a major miracle.
