Can’t login
The app constantly prevents me from logging in. I have to go into the settings and do a full log out Every.. single. Time.
Annoying to say the least.
When it does work and I need to re-authenticate every. Single. Time. The app works well, I can see all my info and where I am in the galaxy.Singulardroid
Key Factors
I would rate this higher if it did some of the features it says it does. I was hoping for something a little bit more.
Like finding where you can purchase a ship closest to you or actually make a route and see how far it would be. The button doesn’t work on iPhone, or at least the iPhone 7 Plus I use this on. I noticed that you have to hit refresh for what you are searching for to appear as well instead of a button with enter or search as the text. Would make this less confusing. Would also be nice to find parts for ships close to you as well.
Other than some other stuff I could get into, it is very well put on the information it does provide. It’s nice to see a clear view of your standings and cash/debt accumulated without being in a station.
If you would like to know more about issues the app has, please let me know and I will send you an email to message as I would like to try and get 3 dollars out of this app instead of going to websites that show information you want like with some of the items said above.Show lesswarmajor76
Login problems, not working
No longer accepting logins, I have been getting a NSURLErrorDomain error for a few days now. Just use the Inara site instead.Agentmith

Great but you have to login manually every time.
Excellent once I figured out that the reason I kept getting an error after the first time I used it is because it saves your Commander name in the login field, not your email address. If you just renewer your email address each time, it works great and has up to date info on your Commander as well as everything else the site provides.Show lessHellSwitch
Good app when it works
This Is a good and useful app, when it works.
I have had it on numerous iPhones. It for the past year or so, and currently, it will work for one day then I get the 1012 error, which I think is to do with connection with the Apple servers.
Dev, please sort then I can give it the 5 stars it deserves.Show lessModolincs
Refund?
So how do I go about getting my money back? £2.99 isn’t much but out of principle... admittedly I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing however, reading them after the fact tells me that devs have been aware of app breaking faults for a long time yet they continue to profit from a faulty product? EVA just does not work
Running on iOS since the big update for elite dangerous login problem still exist. Plus it doesn’t get updated information is wrong or out of date. Only solution delete the app and reinstall then after one session you have to delete and start again. Needs serious updating to seamlessly link to Frontier and work with latest iOS update.
New commanders should seriously consider the comments posted re the fact that this App no longer works as advertised. Moreover, an update is due from Frontier in January 2020.

Too many log in issues
The app is a nice companion, when it works

When it works it great sadly it won’t last
On first installing all works fine. It has some useful information that is easy to access. I have no idea how the navigation tab works. The problems come once you try and use the app the following day. I ended up getting error 1012 and it refuses to login. The only way to solve it is to uninstall and reinstall. Which makes it kinda pointless. Very disappointing.Show lessSammy_004
