Worst annual subscription
Most of the time, I’m unable to open it. It keeps downloading but never open the suggested page.
I have tried deleting the app, reloaded it several times and everything in vain.
At other times, it will show that it’s getting opened in 2 screens and I need to delete it from one account so that I can open it up on my present screen. For that, I open my account, then delete the suggested screen which is my own mobile screen (quite a weird suggestion) and then again starting the Therapeutic Guidelines app. Then again, It keeps on showing the message of uploading the content but never opening the suggested page.
It’s been going on and on; and it seems like it’s never going to work. I had wasted so many hours for it to work. Such a waste of subscription.

Infuriating!
White screen of death( as others call it) continues to infuriate. This app which is a vital resource needs a total upgrade. I pay good money every year for an app which is declining in value. Can’t seem to use offline either which should be available on both devices all the time.
Great content, dysfunctional app
Please keep reinventing the app, as I use TG daily as a clinician. If the app was made to function better, it would be five stars, and the Australian public would be very lucky.
Expensive blank screen
Very disappointing. There is a lot of information hidden behind a blank screen. This is an expensive ap - made worse by poor service.

The app opens a blank page which is frozen and nothing happens.
Despite previous contact with developers, they have not made any improvement and is still the same for the past 2 years. How long does it take really to fix a bug?

Blank screen!!
I just signed up and paid for 12 month subscription. Could not access eTG via the app - loads to a blank screen. Had to delete and reinstall only to find from reviews this is an ongoing issue! eTG is great, such a shame about the app. I hope it is fixed soon.
App not working and slow when I need it most
Slow to load, and now not showing anything except white screen and crashing when I urgently need drug doses.
White screen
I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro Max (iOS 16.4.1), and the app is updated, but it still gives me a useless white screen no matter what I do. This has been a problem for at least a year, and was the same on an older iPhone of mine, with older iOS versions too.
