Story is depressing...
But I also cannot get all 5 stars the first time through. I am playing each level 3 times just to get 5 stars, which means there’s one trophy I’ll never get! I’ve been playing TM games for years and I have gotten combos for treatment, checkout combos and almost all gold hearts, but I still am unable to get 5 stars one one go. Pricey fun
I love this game!! It’s fun entertaining and simple! However, would I pay 9.99 for it? No! I get that the game makers have to make money but I’m not sure this is the right way. I suggest to have adds for revenue rather than pay for the app. If you want, maybe have the first app in a series free and then price everything after. I don’t think that 5 levels is quite enough to get hooked. The game is a blast but I’m not so sure it’s worth it.Show lessS2js2j
Glitchy
Game is great, fell in love the moment I began playing but for some reason I can't get pass level 3. No its not that I can't beat it, I beat it twice (two different profiles) but whenever I try to start level 4 it won't start. I swear I've tapped the "play" button like hundreds of times. I even restated the page and still nothing. Uhhh wish it would work already. Besides that I would have given 5 starsShow lesskikiobsessed
So, you’re playing as an idiot?
This game could have been enjoyable. I assume it’s the second in a series and I didn’t play the first so I don’t know the pre story. But the story in this game makes out the character you’re playing to be a complete idiot. You have no say in the answers she gives to the attendant and the ones that have her give leave her looking like a complete moron. The tasks are somewhat enjoyable for a task based click and go game but I can’t get over the fact of her being completely incompetent when it came to the play through parts. Also, the stars you need to get onto the levels after the first several are so high and require you to replay the first levels over and over again. Game could have been good but seriously, a med student that doesn’t know basic diagnosis? If the character was male would it be the same?Show lesswestergirl

I absolutely love these games they are amazing with the story and the gameplay but on my new iPhone XR the game won’t fit with the screen i tried whatever I could to get it to work but it just doesn’t of this could get fixed so I could play the other games it would be greatEmmad121
Ad’s!!
The game is great and so much fun. However, sometimes I cannot pass to the next level due to an ad showing up where there is no wait time until you can close it. It just says continue or close and when I chose either one I just get another ad and cannot advance to the next level.
I had this problem with the Heat edition to this game which is why I uninstalled it expecting this edition to not do the same...

Was perfect, then the greed...
This was such an amazing game... top notch storytelling and perfect time management mechanics. Gamehouse has consistently been the best in this genre, hands down. I paid $10 for the game, which is a lot, but it was worth it. Flash forward a year and now I have to sit through a 30 second ad EVERY LEVEL! I already paid for this and played it through a few times... and now you want me milk me more?? Don’t want to watch ads? Now you can pay $120 a year for a subscription. I find their recent shift in gear completely upsetting. I, and so many others, were happy to pay the premium flat price - these are premium quality games - but we expect to OWN the game... play it as much as we want. Please, go back to your original format and stop trying to milk us for subscriptions and “in app purchases.” You were better than that!Show lessJust godawful

The game freezes too much and when I play a game it freezes and locks me out of my phone. When I try to delete it it messes up my IPhone SE. Also every ad is about gamehouse. Jeez you guys are so money hungry I can’t play. These bugs are annoying and if not fixed I will not play this game again. Don’t come up with a lousy excuse not to fix it either. Please fix this! Love storyline but update costs more $
I’ve played this game a while but just redownloaded it on my new iPad to play again and am bummed to find that even though I’d already paid money to unlock the full game and get rid of ads, now they want you to pay even MORE to remove ads, and all the ads are ridiculously long and you have to play one before EVERY level. Kind of sucky money grab when I’ve already paid once...especially because I loved this game :/ they want 9.99 a month! I love playing this game but I’m about to call it quits because I’m getting tired of how long it takes to be able to play each level. Because I didn’t do the $9.99 subscription I have to play an ad before each level and lately I’ve had to do 3-4 ads per level or force quit the game and come back because the ads don’t “reward” me with the ability to play the next level. It will say, “please wait downloading ad, try again in a few minutes”... I even purchased the full game and I’m still having ad issues. This is getting ridiculous...Show lessMandibear86
