I am not sure why this app is rated so low. I have not had any issues with it, whats more, I wish I had known about it sooner. I downloaded the WTE app and its clear that they make money out of their sponsors, I have found instances where the information was less than accurate. On the other hand the Cigna app is more medically based. I really wish I had known about it sooner.Show lessMy.1st.review.ever
App has never worked
I downloaded this app a couple days ago and I have yet to be able to log in successfully. I get an error message each time and while the IT department was nice and responsive, it still hasn’t been fixedgmn31989
Doesn’t work right
Was using this app great and then all of a sudden the videos don’t play anymore and it says I don’t have permission to view. Super frustrating and just useless without the videosC.koch

Every time I log in it refuses my password. I have to reset my password every time I log in. Very frustrating as I reset to my same password and then it will accept until I close out and reopen the app- then I have to start all over with a new password even though I had just reset it... 😫😫😡😡HAHE1991

Pretty much everything you click on is overly generic information or it just tells you to visit the Cigna website. It’s not actually helpful. What’s the point of downloading an app if it just tells me to call Cigna to find out an answer to my questions?Lo.

I haven't been able to use this app for multiple weeks. I used to like it because it has a symptom tracker and a healthy weight gain tracker, but I am deleting it because right now you can't even get past the loading screen. This current version is useless.Ness197896
