Thanks so much for the honest feedback! We totally understand wanting more for free - we try to keep a big chunk of the app free to use, with premium covering the cost of new content and keeping the app updated and ad-free. We're always looking at ways to add more value on both sides, so this is really helpful to hear. Wishing you the best with your studies!

Thank you so much for the kind words! For words that aren't sticking, try adding them to your My Difficult Words page, then practice and play the games from there to help master them. Good luck with your studies!

Learning glitch
Response from developer
Hi there, thanks for the feedback! Just to clarify how this works: Learned vs. Mastered are two different stages. Viewing a flashcard marks a word as "Learned" — this isn't a glitch, it's by design. We actually built it this way based on user feedback. Originally, users had to manually tap a "Mark as Learned" button on every single flashcard, but a lot of users found that repetitive and asked us to simplify it — so we changed it to mark automatically on viewing instead. True mastery is tracked separately: a word only becomes "Mastered" once you get all 4 of these correct in practices or games — Definition, Synonyms, Antonyms, and Spelling. If any of these are wrong, it stays in "Words in Progress" until all 4 are correct. So "Learned" just means it's been seen; "Mastered" means it's been properly tested and locked in. Hope that helps explain the thinking behind it!
