Impossible to get through
So the service boasts that 80% of calls are answered within 90 seconds. How come I’m caller number -1 (yes minus 1) an hour after logging in?
I’ve been caller number 4, caller 3, caller 2, back to caller number 4, caller 1, and now caller -1.
I’ve tried cancelling the call, logging out, deleting apps and everything else but nothing works. Completely useless in an emergency.
