App isn’t working

I was quite excited to shop with this app! But after downloading when I’m trying to open it, it asks for some basic permissions(Grant is given) and then just went flash white!!! NOTHING ELSE!!! Even tried to reinstall but same. I’m not sure is it because I’m trying to access out side of india or what:(

Scam- DO NOT ORDER FROM BEWAKOOF

Do not order from this website, I ordered 7 products where i just received one and the app says rest of the products was delivered as well. It took me 3 days to ge a call back from customer service and my issue is not fixed it.

Will be updating soon, if i receive the product or refund.

The worst Customer service

My account got suspended without my consent and all my wallet balance is gone now. The email support is the worst you would ever come across since they keep sending you the same pre scripted emails rather then looking at the problem. My advice, if you want to use the app, DON’T keep any money in the wallet. Bewakoof accounts are very easy to hack and you would end up in the same situation as me.
Also their product quality has also gone down drastically!

Price and cash on delivery

Price is very high and cash on delivery is not available with coupon codes. So many people are not have online payment so all of you fix this problem. I have also not have online payment so I can’t apply coupon plz fix it. And i will definitely purchase some items. ❤️ its very good shirts.

DO NOT CONSIDER if you outside India

Do not even consider ordering in this app if you are outside India. The app says they can ship to some countries outside India but I don’t think they can (they do not follow the process and it’s a hit or miss delivery I guess).

The app CANNOT send an OTP to numbers outside India despite requesting for an international mobile number.

The products are great but the service is beyond imagination. They DO NOT have a customer service option through Phone and the only way you can reach out is via email which is again hit or miss, you won’t get a response. Every email you send is a new ticket and they DO NOT understand conversation style of responses.

If you had a good experience and think this is one off, good luck with your experience.
