Too much effort!
After creating folder no files able to transfer?! Very fidgeting. User manual available but have to keep on switching forward and backwards. Sure there is a better one elsewhere . Very disappointed
Brand new but not working
Will be seeking a refund. Plugged in iPhone and says ‘Connecting’ then ‘Please check card is plugged’ over and over! Yes it is plugged in properly!!
Doesn’t Play Videos
Once I open the app and retrieve the one video I have on the mini sd, I get a “play error” message. No good!
Needs help or updates…
Slow, clunky and barely works. Unfortunately, trail camera SD readers use this program which makes this my second go around at getting rid of the app. I assumed it may get updates or someone would care but not so much. If you are forced to use this do to the compatibility of your SD reader do yourself a favor and GET A DIFFERENT SD READER!!!

Way too slow…
The idea is great but it either states it’s deleted when it hasn’t. Takes a very long time to load and it’s working functionality is intermittent. Recent updates have done nothing to improve its speed, reliability and over functioning. Come on this isn’t new technology… this should work perfectly
Great Design, App has Major Issues
I purchased the reader and downloaded the app. First time it read the SD card, video playback was sluggish. Second time, it took two minutes just for the video to play. Third time, I get an error message - and I’ve been getting the same ever since. Would’ve been nice to just preview the video(s) out in-the-field, but this is not the device/app to do it. FAIL.

Corrupted all my photos ?!?!
I started using the app and hard drive and everything worked normal at first. I successfully transferred about 100 pictures, and my only complaint was that a 30 second video took 5 minutes to copy and paste. Anyway, the next day I go to add more pictures and ALL of my files are corrupted and unable to view. I close the app out, put the hard drive back in and out, nothing works. All of my time and photos are gone.

Crash on vidéo
can't open video, crash while playing
DO THIS!
If you’re having trouble playing the videos within this app you can click the triangle on the right which gives you the option to select a third party app. I chose the first suggestion which is VLC. It’s free and plays the videos with no problem.
Crashes
I wanted to use this to back up my albums, however every time I tap on albums, the app crashes, this is a really poor app, I used to use the app on my iPhone 6, had hoped it would work with my SE, since my SE is brand new, but nope, this app is very disappointing now.
