Connectivity issues
This app has been reliable for years until recently. Now it won’t connect with my watch and it’s not an apple issue. Sad, because it’s good otherwise. I’ll have to look elsewhere for a reliable app.Nice UV app with a bug 🐞
The bug 🐞 is when traveling the Apple Watch app doesn’t update with your location. The annoying fix that I have used was to close the app on the watch and restart the watch. Sadly it sometimes takes multiple attempts to fix this. Developers, please fix this bug.
Overall it is nice to quickly see the UV high for the day and decibel granularity. However, the zero isn’t needed on the complication, it just takes up space.Show lessDeveloper Response
Thank you for the feedback. I’m planning on adding GPS support for the watch app in the next update. Currently the watch will ask the iPhone app for its location, so a quick fix should be to open the iPhone app once when arriving at a new location, the watch app will update automatically after that. After the next update this step should no longer be needed. The best out there so far
Clean interface, auto sync with regional forecasts to give an accurate reading , other apps can’t do this and rely on the user to input cloud cover etc. and a 5 day forecast. The readings this app gives tally with my weather station .
