I love using this. People started stealing my pics so I had to start watermarking them. It’s a pain that I can only do one pic at a time (you can do a batch if you do an in app purchase). It gets the job done and is easy to usecrystalthehutt
Pictures won't upload.
I've been trying to upload pictures for for the past month to put a watermark on them, but it never goes through to the next screen after I select my photo. It always goes back to the home screen. Please fix this!Tafia_a
ONCE AGAIN!!!
I swear this app has just been total trash since right after the beginning of the year. Once again sucked me for another payment for something that no longer works. They have no support which make me start to wonder if this is just a fraud app to take your money with no recourse since it doesn’t work. I used to love using this app for my photography on the go and now there’s adds and it’s annoying. My app doesn’t work properly either. I prefer the older version but because there’s app updates I’m stuck with this new version. Before there was no adds, no problems within the app and my photos showed up perfectly and high quality. They have ruined it
Since the last update 6th/7th March all the pics are blurred when you select to watermark them.
Ever since they introduced the pop up encouraging you to go pro, they have ruined their app for those of us who just want to watermark the odd individual photo or two. We’re not pro’s, we shouldn’t need to pay extortionate amounts per month (£8) when all we want to do it watermark individual ones. Offer an amateur option if necessary b. Stopping working half way through subscription
I paid the $40 for the pro version, and it worked well for the first half, but with 3 months left on my subscription- it’s completely useless! When you add a photo, the picture is blurry. I have contacted app support several times with no response. I used this to watermark photos for my small business and now have to go else where. I’m extremely disappointed I paid for something that no longer works and the customer service is non existent.Show lessTaraGroth
Not working
Signed up for the full package a few days ago, was working fine at first, now won’t open properly, won’t let me watermark photos individually or in batches and makes my photos all blurry now when I can get it to open, which is not often and now you’re asking me for another $99 to buy the ‘pro’ version. I don’t think so what a rip-off. Also emailed you and you’ve never bothered to respond so now I’m reduced to giving you a one star review on App Store and only because there isn’t an option for zero stars. Keeps crashing
Hi the app keeps crashing still and now all the pics uploaded are blurry .. tried to re install and now it’s asking to pay again to premium ( which I already did ) to get my logo .. please help as I’ve herd nothing from admin ? ThxSamkhan3
Totally disappointed!
I’ve had this app for about 6 months and at first it worked perfectly i did give a 5star review! But the past couple months I’ve been having problems every time I want to use the app I get kicked off and have to re start what I’m doing and now my photos are very blurry and I’m not even able to add logo to the photo!
