  • Sloooowwwww !

Nice effects but it's the absolute slowest editing app I ever used. And I have over 50 editing apps.

Would only purchase the upgrade if speed improves significantly.
  • Trash

This app used to be great. I paid for it happily. Now my paid app is nowhere to be found and is instead replaced by this version. I've tried to recreate some of my old pictures using the exact same filters and they come out terrible. Not sure if the algorithms have changed or if they just want you to "enhance" them for money. But they are not good.

  • This has become my favorite app.

Don't listen to the other reviews you have to be patient it's doing a lot of work behind the scenes when you're merging the two images this app is amazing and simply DJing with pictures.
  • Does not work

I used several different images from my camera roll and tried a couple different art styles but not one of them worked. It just kept flashing a frame saying "painting" and nothing ever happened. I had to delete them all
  • I love it!

Great new version of my favourite application! Highly recommended!
  • Requires an internet connection

The images processed in this app are not done on your device, but are sent over the internet.

No thanks! I don't want every photo I feed into this app to be uploaded to a remote server. The company doesn't even have the decency to post a link to their privacy policy on their site - the address is there, but it's incorrect and has no actual link.

    Hmm, that's telling!

  • The best

Having tried most of the current batch of neural art apps I have found this to consistently give the best results. I'm particularly interested in creating my own styles and have tried the same combinations of source and style images across all the apps that allow this. Pikazo excels at incorporating the most features of the style into the final image. The option to enhance the image to higher resolution also eclipses most of the others. Now, if it could just process video in the same way... I'd be willing to pay for good resolution.

  • Magic

Arthur C Clark once said that "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic" and I think that Picasso himself may have thought the same if he had a chance to use Pikazo. There are a bunch of very capable apps on the store that allow you to apply filters, some even use neural networks to create art based on a set art style , however Pikazo allows you to use a neural network processor with ANY art style, (also checkout deepart.io for another example of an app that does this, which I wasnt aware of until I started to write this review). I do find the interface could do with a little polishing, there are a few buttons that are not antialiased for instance but in general the app (or backend) produces mindblowing results and I think the new blend function is going to be a useful feature. Would be very nice if the low res preview could be processed on the iphone itself and just save the server side for high res processing but perhaps the phone isnt up to the task.

  • Love the app

I appreciate this app in allowing me to give a new twist to my photographs and snapshots. The new option to blend in the source image adds a great touch. The ability for high res output is appreciated while the speediness of low res is great for trials. I enjoy mixing photographs and self-made 2D styles like drawings or paintings.

  • Pikazo beats Prisma to dust with their latest blend feature

With the flexibility to choose and try infinite styles and 1 min waiting time Pikazo is the goto Neural Net app. With their latest blend feature which I have used it personally used with number of styles , trust me guys Prisma is dust because the results are exceptional. They have a great in app printing feature and user friendly Salon helping their users to get the most out from the app by helping them tune their photos to marvelous peices of artwork. Apple itself personally recommends this app, what more proof do you need to try out this app. Pikazo is an amazing Neural Network app and first of its kind.
