  • Great game but experiencing a major bug

    I’ve been playing this game for the better part of three years and have reached level 13 nearly 14. Other than the occasional local data fail the game worked perfectly well. But now I’ve reached an issue. When going to create a new (third) town layout the game never registers or saves what I make. If I make a third town layout and save it the town appears with all my characters in it but when I watch the defense log footage of others attacking, it shows the default town layout that I did not make. I’ve tried to simple rearrange the first or second layout but every time no matter what it will use the town layout I had before. It may not seem as big an issue but part of the game is being able to have resources stolen from your town if it isn’t guarded and this bug has unfortunately happened right after getting a new artillery piece (the log tripper) and I am unable to use it effectively because my new town layouts won’t work. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with just the town layouts or if it’s a problem with my game’s saving but the town layout is the only problem I’ve crossed ( the characters I create and the resources I obtain from daily login and attacking stay the same). If anyone knows how to fix it please share if not I’ll update if I find a way.

    This game would be a 5 star review if it weren’t for the forced ads. Initially the game is extremely playable with no forced ads in the beginning and allows you to watch ads for extra attack plays, resource boosts and added benefits/time reduction. However once you reach level 10 or Gold ranking you are bombarded with ads for every single thing you do in the game.

    Finish a match? AD!….finish an upgrade AD!…finish a side mission AD…its to the point where close the game and reopening it is faster than sitting through the Ads to do something within the game. It makes the game extremely annoying to play and is killing the small community around it, where longevity and retention becomes an issue.

    If you want players to stick around, remove the forced ads after every single action and keep it as an optional choice like it was for players below level 10.

  • Not bad, But…

    So this game is great I have to say, I don’t normally write reviews. The fact that you can customize really easily is fantastic. Although the airship fuel is a little annoying because you have to wait to attack, but I also see that you can’t just constantly be destroying bases. Now for the BUT in the title, because you can customize and share your models there are some inappropriate characters people make. PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY SHOWING LITTLE KIDS INAPPROPRIATE THINGS, I’m not gonna get into details but… Not Good and could be considered child pornography! I also have a few suggestions, can you have multiple game modes, like a defense mode where you defend you base. Another thing is can there be weapon customization too. Otherwise this game is almost perfect. Thanks
