Leave a Review Kaymbu
Not a fan
We recently got this app in the childcare center that i work. Tadpoles was much easier to use and takes a lot less time to add in diapers, bottles, sleep checks etc. There are too many tabs in Kaymbu-to have to constantly keep going back and forth through daily sheets and action tabs makes it feel like we are on the app too much during the day when we have 8 babies to care for. Also, the app keeps messing up the logging of naps. The app needs to have a dashboard where we can easily see and log everything from one screen.Show lessDisappointing app
I wanted to wait at least a week of using this app before writing a review. We already had negative feelings transitioning from a different platform.
There are a few positive things we have learned about this app, however, the negative outweighs the positives. Overall, it’s not teacher/user friendly. There are way to many steps involved for a simple task. If you worked in childcare you would know what items need to be in the main menu for quick references rather than going through hurdles.
There are other platforms that offer better features and are easier to use. From a parent’s perspective it might seem like a good app, but from a users position it is way too difficult to use while managing a school/classroom.Show lessDisappointing
So if you have a teacher that is gone for the day or on vacation and you have their kid , you can’t take pictures. You can’t do much if a child isn’t your actual student. Not to mention that when nap happens and a teacher goes on lunch and you are in ratio because it’s different during nap it says out of ratio. Did they not think of this at all? Very frustrating that you can’t see each classes student numbers because when it’s time to leave and we have to push kids we have to call .Show less
