Doesn’t work
The onboarding has a list of instructions which include generating an email address, but when you try it tells you that the free version doesn’t allow you to do that.
Nevertheless, I managed to achieve it on desktop, well over a year ago when I first tried this app. In that time I didn’t realise I had actually given out my throttle email. I checked back today and have 63 new email digests, none of which were delivered to me. That’s the core feature of this service that isn’t working.

worst customer service ever
My elderly uncle bought the app and didn't understand some of its features. English isn’t his native language but he wrote the developer with some questions. Some back and forth ensued and the responses from their “customer service” team were beyond rude and beyond unprofessional. He just asked for his money back. Great concepts/poor execution!
I really want to love Mindsense and their products, but they have a really bad habit of being slow to rollout updates and/or abandon their products (see Mailpilot).1UP4FUN

Scammers
These guys came up with MAILPILOT we all paid for that app then with worst customer service they closed the app totally, no replies to anyone!! Now these guys keep deleting reviews on this app. We should NOT encourage these kind of developers cause they don’t respect paid customers!Jitman2008
Useless app
Forces you to pay for a premium account. Now I don't even receive the daily digests anymore. The mobile website for Throttle is deliberately broken. There's no way to use the service on mobile.stingray7826
Controls the email "firehose".
It's impossible to go back to digital life before Throttle. The "firehouse" of email is now manageable with this app. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the bugs that sometimes crop up, but this is a 1.0 product. Wonderful.ikemstar
