Flawed UI UX
Fundamentally bad design on mobile app for entering information for transactions. Compounded by bad responsiveness and the current update that has bugs. It’s a wonder the regulator doesn’t penalise this institution for misrepresentation of its mobile tech productsdaylightsaving

I haven’t been able to log in for weeks after they updated the app. This is horrible. This has also happened in the past. In addition, the features are so difficult and unintuitive to use. I wish OCBC would get their act together.RGBZJ
