Won’t work
This app won’t open. Just says “Retry” and still doesn’t open.

The app updated like a year ago and hasn’t worked since, please just take the app down at this point

Sone the last update it won’t let me on the app. Says there’s “an error on the app” .. that’s all the information it gives .

App doesn’t work
I’m a new user and just downloaded the app for the first time to pay my bill and it tells me there was a problem getting the settings and then it just doesn’t do anything else. So when my electric is turned off because my bill isn’t paid, I will be losing it! So be prepared!
Last update ruined it
This was a good app I used it to keep up my account report outages and pay my bill but since the last update it won’t connect. Please fix this asap !!!
