HEY WHERE ARE THE 5 STARS!??!?!?!?

I remember I used to play this when 6 years old and now I couldn’t find the game until I finally found this game I remember the memories I had in this game I would even play it’s for hours.I couldn’t be bored all the time like ads but this is the perfect game

You should probably play Pepi hospital but it has so many ads but safe for your kid

You have to pay $5 for other levels but game is kinda good? I guess but not really😬

SO FUN!!!

Hello Pepi play I love this game so much it is like in the title SO FUN!
But there is a update I would like 2 examples if you went to Pepi hospital and you got a cast it would stay when you went back to the house. And another example if you dyed someone’s hair it would stay.

And I Reviewed on Pepi hospital 2 I’m back
