Ridiculous vitriol from mainstream media
I like getting weather and some local info, but your ridiculous mainstream media virtue that paints anybody who’s not a liberal as some kind of crazed enemy is ridiculous. The associated press is your most common reference source for national news and they are a ridiculous organization. Journalists and news outlets were supposed to be the voice of the people, all the people, not just a select group. Why don’t you do some real reporting and find some real facts and keep your feelings out of it or report from organizations that do that.
Your article today on Trump‘s victory is absolute rubbish. Surely you have a journalist there that can report the information without all the bias and name-calling that has led to the division in this country over the last 10-15 years. The media has done far more damage to the relations and unity of this country than any politician or any other organization in the world.

Not working, poor quality application!
The app hasn’t worked correctly in several months. I noticed it starting to have issues when they added the paid ads when it loaded up. I understand the need to generate revenue, but come on put them in another way that doesn’t cause the application to crash or not function properly. It might be time to switch to a new local news source.

No more
Use to be a great app. Now, not so much. Unable to get response to the “contact us” portion of the app. No longer able to watch the kscw news from the app. Seems like they are just not interested in what the public has to say, yet we are the ones using the app.
Never receive notifications
I haven’t received any alerts or notifications for weeks. I removed the app and reinstalled it but still nothing. I tried to report the problem but it said there was a problem submitting.
Riddled with ads and barely any info
You have to trudge through at bare minimum 4 ads before getting to the paragraph they deem as “coverage” absolutely trash
Timely alerts but terrible navigation and layout
I appreciate the timely notifications for breaking news, but when I click on them and open the app all I get is a pop-up that says the exact same thing. Then I dismiss the alert (only option) and can’t find the story anywhere. The alert says it is “on the KWCH app”, but I’m already there and all I see are the links to other general “news”, weather, live telecast, etc. I just want to see the story that prompted me to open the app!

Crashes in Wichita
Really doesn’t tell the story, only tells parts. Let’s ask some questions , like how many tickets have been written by police dept each of the past five years. Break it out by year. Most of the increase in deaths and accidents are due to lack of enforcement by the WPD. The WPD has turned in to a reaction based dept similar to some other cities, they moved away from being proactive 2 years ago. And it is quite easy to see the results if you do your homework. Instead of writing a fluff piece based on a WPD official.

To many pop up adds.
Try to checkup on the news and you get a pop up add. Try to close the add and it automatically takes you to its site, knocking you off the app entirely.
Needs Display Settings
There is no way to adjust the font size used in articles and the app apparently doesn’t use the iOS dynamic type setting. There is no dark mode setting and the app apparently doesn’t use the iOS dark mode setting. These are major drawbacks that make the app a real pain to use.
Won’t launch
