  • Not reliable

Too many bugs and too much needed information. It doesn’t work most of the time. I have turn off the following me after every shift. This is totally unacceptable. Any company who uses this platform should be sued for privacy issues. Bottom line is this app doesn’t work

    Not ferda at all
  • Wants to track my location, and my health apps?

Location tracking I can understand, to an extent. But my health information is my own and no company should ask for that access. Especially, since they won’t explain why they need it. Apple gives me the choice thankfully.
  • Extremely buggy

It’s hard to use and there are constant glitches. Don’t use this app.
  • This app has problems

We’ve been using the app for about a year and I’ve had to delete and re-install this app at least 10 times as there are glitches and problems not fixed. Frustrating as this app is meant to save time for employees and employers.
  • Definitely has gotten better

I’ve had this app for several years and the older version(s) were not reliable. But I haven’t had any trouble with it since the most recent update, which was at least a year ago. It works fine for what I need, which is punching on the go.
  • This could be a decent app...

This app leaves a lot to be desired. My employer has been using Infinitime for over a year and I am constantly anxious over whether or not I’m going to be payed for the hours I work—because this app rarely clocks all of my hours for the week! If I work a night shift, I cannot clock out in the morning. If I work an extended shift, once more, I’m not able to clock out. I might lose these hours, I might get paid, who knows? I’ve lost nearly 60 hours in pay this month due to Infinitime failing to accurately track my hours (and I’m waiting for my employer to resolve this). My coworkers who use Android tend to have more luck, so I feel that this is an issue exclusive to iPhone. This could be a great app if improvements are made.

  • Has issues

I have been working with the IT department for months. This app is not accurate. Deleted and reinstalled, over and over.....
  • Horrible App

My company wanted to switch from a different payroll company to save money. With the switch, one of the features we gained was the crappy app. I have 13 employees none of which are tech savvy so getting the app installed was a process. Once the app was installed, every employee had issues.
WHEN the app would download, logging in was a hassle. You would enter the user information and it would take a day to log in. Once the app was accessible & would open, employees would "punch" and the "your punch has been qued in the server" message would repeatedly pop up. Yet no time was actually recorded. The app doesn't tell you if you've actually clocked "in" or "out" just tells you that you've "punched." Which is confusing because my employees forget to clock in and out sometimes, so they never know if they've already clocked in, or out. Which results in screwed up hours, that I have to manually change in the system.WHEN that finally got fixed, the time was wrong. Employees would punch in, & it would punch in 5 minutes in the future. This app has been the biggest head ache ever. I'm the administrator user for my company, so the online access is very slow and out dated. Not very user friendly, old and looks like it was created in early 90's. Like windows 2. I don't know if there's another company or app that can be used other than infinitime, but if there is, I strongly advise using the other program. Don't be foolish like our company, and switch just for this feature, it's really not worth it.

  • Pure Garbage

This app is horrible. Constantly fails to accurately record time entries and has a horrible GUI. Instead of a clock in and clock out button there is only a "Punch" button so you never really know what the system records.

Also even if you get a success notice for your entry often the system does not record it.

Don't say se this it's terrible
