This used to work perfectly. Since updating recently, now it’s broken. Hope they fix it.
Not Worth the Purchase
**If the screen that says “User Protocol” pops up, check the box and the camera will come on. I couldn’t get the camera to work for weeks; I selected that box and the camera finally came on.
The device is unstable; WiFi disconnects constantly and the camera only works if directly connected to a power source. I’d prefer to pay more money for a better, reliable device.

More Chinese crap for my junk drawer.
Does not connect to device
I am so disappointed in this. I the app does not connect to the device. The device does show up in WiFi. The concept is high tech but it has to work. At this point my money is wasted. It’s 6 days past return option which ended up being 6 weeks rather than 60 days. Very upset as I have a sick child and I needed it today. If it is fixed and syncs I will improve my review. 👎🏻The web developer site is not in English. I have no means of communication.

Just received a camera an was directed to use this app an it won’t work.? Please fix so I can use it on my IOS phone.
Simply doesn't work
Poorly designed app. Never got the product to work. Garbage.
Camera goes to 4K, but app only goes to 720p😡
You need to upgrade this app so it matches the features of the camera. I've searched and searched to find out if you had an updated app that would allow me to control the 4K or even the 1080p setting on my camera. Please address this ASAP. I may have to stop recommending and selling this camera. If you can address this, I can change the ratting I gave you.

It works, alright.
But it is impossible to export the videos and pics I took to the iPhone's camera roll....

Once downloaded the footage I could not see the videos
and were deleted off the camera
