Great Cameras (with some issues)
At some point this year (2022) we were kicked off of our account and had to log back in and add our cameras back on to our home. Since then, they have been acting funny.
Anytime we open the app and select a camera it shows no internet connection after about 30 seconds trying to load it, then we select the option to “Retry Connection,” and then it works after about 5-10 seconds.
Also, anytime we try to review some of the video or alerts it’ll work for a second and then when it gets to the captured motion it fails to load the recorded footage and either freezes (to a connection error) or just jumps back to live.
