The scanner works like an Apple Pay RFID chip. Touch the card to the phone and voila, it works. Not based on the camera like an image scanner!BimmerDad

Looking at the one star reviews I didn’t expect much. Tried to scan my card with the camera — no dice. Instead, touched the phone to the card (like an Apple Pay transaction) and success! Card is scanned, and METAS test data can be accessed.Bama214
