Cumbersome and glitchy

The app freezes after sending one prescription, needs to be closed, then opened and you have to sign in again. The sign-in process is tedious, so signing in to send in one prescription at a time for every patient is tiresome.

It’s great for non-scheduled meds

There is a bit of a learning curve when adding a pharmacy to a patient, however, once you figure it out it’s easy. Even if you have a DEA sign on app, it doesn’t seem to work well when another provider uses the computer and I try to send a scheduled med via app.

Good app

I like this app, but still find desktop version easier to navigate. Hopefully it will become more intuitive for the iPhone, and I won’t have to travel with my laptop!!!

Useful service

MDToolbox has improved our practice by streamlining prescription submissions. It is user friendly and accurate.

MD Toolbox

For small practice with small clientele and for the cost, I have been pleased. I have used many larger systems and this one is functional and cost effective for my use.
I am going to keep using the desktop and the mobile app for my concierge practice.

Excellent Rx Service

I have been using MDTOOLBOX since 5 years now. Never had a problem. Extremely satisfied with the app version and the web version. Definitely recommended service to anyone who is looking for a Rx service.

Title? Doctor, I guess!

I find it extremely difficult and frustrating to locate pharmacies or change pharmacies on WebMD. I will probably switch vendors next year for this reason.

Review

I like this program when used as the online version. I am able to refill prescriptions, and create new ones, even controlled substances.

So frustrating

I’ve not been able to use this app via iOS.

MDToolBox still not ready for Prime Time

1) Bottom Line: Longer time to fiddle with vs writing ‘script.

2) Doesn’t allow brief brain rest to do mostly mindless copying.
3) Mistakes harder to correct & time-consuming
4) “ often not apparent until next day
5) Episodic transmission failure, ie, the “ ‘disappearing’ script”
6) To understand how to support MD requires more sophistication than boss and her minions understand.
