I made a purchase on the app that said one price, then it changed after I made the purchase to a higher price. Whatever discount that I was suppose to receive did not happen. He gave me every reason under the sun as if I tried to add an additional discount (but the system did it automatically). So, why go back in forth with me? I should have been honored the price I was told.
No argument, just simple customer service, but businesses should know how to work out situations like this. Don’t just tell someone that’s what it is, or bring up other stores etc. If it’s a glitch, say that, apologize smtg.
I will respond the same way no matter what store it is.
I have always supported this store for years and even when they didn’t have the items I asked for (which happened a lot) or they took extremely long with my order, I did not complain. I am not the one to argue, but when the total is wrong, it’s wrong. I literally sent a screenshot of what my price was in the cart then it changed after I placed the order. No, I didn’t have to spend $100 to get whatever discount your system gave me (I’ve done that enough times and paid way more) I hope it wasn’t a bait and switch tactic. As a loyal customer it just felt wrong.
