  • Rather disappointing images.

Yes I didn’t read the description properly. Star Wars - great for some, but not for me.

In any case I find the choice of images too specific and not archetypical enough. But that’s just me and my needs.
  • Promotes Creativity

This is a fun and useful storytelling tool that promotes creativity. Not a bad idea to have the physical product in case of a power outage. In general, it's little things like this app which add up to make an iPad indispensable. Thanks to the developers for keeping it free and free of ads.
  • Meh!

It needs some jazzing up. The ability to re-roll individual dice, and turn the dice so that the picture are facing the right way if you want. Locking select dice would be welcome.

Other than that, a good free alternative to the storycube app.
  • Simply,

    So much fun. Ty.
  • Quick review

It is what it says it is: some dice with pictures
Only has 4 sliders to change the pictures theme
Useful as story prompt or introduce new ideas.

Sure you can interact with the dice by moving them but you can’t spin them to make them the right way up and you can’t flip over individual dice to a new face

Also would like to be able to mix and match the prompts a bit more than just have a slider bar and only 4 themes

Looked at it for only a minute or two and messed with the sliders and the dice rolls so I’m still not sure of the impact of adds. Sure there was a small one that was just occupying part of the screen and not the usual BS of a 30sec add taking the whole screen

  • PAID FOR ADS AND THEY KEEP SHOWING

This app shows ads even if you pay for removing ads
    Please fix it
  • Good

It’s very good but what you meant to do
  • Disappointed

What is a good version of a Story Dice app is let down by the fact that paying to remove the ads doesn’t work.
  • Dating ads continue to pop up. Not good for kids.

So I’ve never left a review but this is actually pretty serious. I am a teacher and downloaded this app to use with my 4th grade class. However on the first use I realized that banner advertisements of bumble and other dating app sites were popping up, saying “are you single?” “Do you want to meet up?” Etc. Immediately I paid the .99 to get rid of advertisements. But every single time I am using this app the banners still pop up. I honestly don’t even know why these ads are popping up on a children’s game in the first place but they are, and they continue to even after I’ve paid for them not to.

  • Purchased “ad free” version, but still getting ads.

Perhaps a glitch? I upgraded to remove the ads, and confirmation came up three times, making it look like three separate purchases. The ads haven’t disappeared though.
