I installed Linga on six iPads in a steak house. At first it was a little confusing since there is no back office computer. I have been using Aloha for years. So this part threw me off. After a few phone calls into Support to set up printers and credit card devices I haven’t had many issues. I would say overall the product itself is very reliable. No major crashes since installation and set up. Customer service and support was ok.Most of all I was able to figure out things on my own.Show lessDeveloper Response

We had Linga for a few months when we opened a new location, we had clover before but we needed something we were able to sell with a franchise. Long story short, we didn’t end up with Linga, we went with toast. Almost every aspect of Linga was glitchy, not laid out efficiently, hard to use and training was endless because their own staff didn’t know how to use it. We went through probably 4-5 different reps because each one would either stop replying or tell us they didn’t know how to fix the problem (nothing ever got fixed by the way). We then received letters from their corporate office asking us how we’re liking the software so far and we have an honest response and they said they would work on the issues.
