系统的主要特点可以概括为：快速、灵活、安全——
快速易用：教育网环境下同一文件传输速度更高；公网环境下同一文件传输失败率更小。
严谨灵活：用户管理方面，无论是常规行政架构，还是临时工作/项目组，资源权限与个人／组织严格对应；存储管理方面，可因需对个人／组织的资源空间进行灵活自由的调整／分配。
