Bad UX
It is impossible to find where to click to add money to your account (not just any number) or to get desired package. Each time I spend at least 15min to find what i need. Easier to just go and visit their shop in person.
App in English
It’s great that the Montenegro Telekom app is in English for me. My Montenegro language skills aren’t good enough for Paying bills or browsing an app. I did get a bit confused when adding card details as that section was not all in English.

Not at all intuitive app. Bad layout as well.
Basic information missing on the Home page (eg current balance, chosen prep-paid program, Travel & Surf option should show up here when in roaming, etc etc ). Instead, you put the “Nagradna igra”?! and other useless info on the Home page 👎👎👎

The English interface is not even in English. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

Unable to remove pesty notifications, very slow to load, confusing menus, money-eating services.
