The game is a scam, check the profiles, the guest have lower rate of winning vs the registered players so you can buy coins. Unrealistic dice roll, manipulated to advantage their own players.

This App Won’t Let Me Play
It always says I need update and it won’t let me in. This is very shameful from the backgammon team, you need to fix this as my dying nan wants to play backgammon on her last days and she can’t because of this stupid problem. She is going off life support in a couple of days. My wife has left me and she has taken the kids, along with my backgammon and chess set. Please just let me find some joy with my nan as I have lost everything and have recently become a serve alcoholic. The school won’t let me be near my kids has they have a restraining order against me and I am not allowed within 50 meters. Don’t ask why. Backgammon is the only reason worth living and it makes me feel like I am with my children again. I haven’t touched my wife in ages because she got upset at me playing to much backgammon and I have been fiddling with the pieces rather then her. BACKGAMMON TEAM FIX THIS RIGHT NOW! I AM GETTING REALLY ANGRY! 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡
