My experience so far
It’s good to earn money and I often get screened out.
Also - survey time indicators are often misleading. Eg. a survey may indicate it’ll take 9mins to complete. Once you’ve gotten through prescreen and you finally enter the survey, another screen pops up to say it’ll take about 20 mins to complete the survey.Show lessTereH
Tedious and irritating
Most surveys disqualify you immediately after putting in your details without explaination, and some surveys will wait until you’ve spent 30-40 minuets filling in the questions before they tell you you’re disqualified right at the end after finishing. Most surveys pay less then a dollar and with all the time spent finding one you even qualify to do, it ends up being $1.20 max an hour. Not to mention the estimated survey time lengths are ALWAYS wrong. If it says 8 minuets, expect to spend upwards of 30-50 minuets for $0.70. Overall time consuming and irritating.Show lessTTAALola
Update kicked me off app and I lost all of the earnings I had made
I haven’t used the app since last week, went to go on as I had some spare time today, I understand there has been an update in the last week. Initially it opened up on my usual home screen, I competed a survey and as it was updating my balance the app logged me out and then wouldn’t let me back in. I tried to log back in but it was asking me to enter info as though I was setting up a new account- turns out it was and so now I’ve lost just over £35 of earnings! I tried logging back in via my Apple account but because I’ve already registered my phone number with my email it wouldn’t accept it so it appears I’ve just lost it all and having to start from scratch.
No option in the app or anywhere to seek support with this specific problem hence leaving this review in the home someone will see and address the issue.Show lessJoeyD36

Please send us a help case in the app where we will provide you with further steps on how to recover your account. Go to "My Profile", open the "Help" section in "Payments" you will be able to complain about a specific payment. Please explain your situation there so we would be able to help you.Can’t use, just keep going around in circles
Downloaded app to set up my account, redirected to email notification that takes me to sign in to Atapoll, which then has “open link in app” to click on OPEN, then another link to open which takes me straight back to the app needing verification. Sad.VivGrove
Great app
I love this app. I’ve been using it for about 4 or 5 months with no problem but now every time I click on a survey that pays a good amount it tells me to close open browsers I go back and check and see if there’s any open browsers and they’re not any open but they still keep telling me to go and close open browsers so I can’t take the surveys but when I click on a low paying survey, there’s no problem I don’t know what’s going on with the app if it’s glitching, please fix @ the support team I think this is a great app and is frustrating not being able to complete surveys like I use to other than that, it’s a great app. You can make money off of it real fast. I recommend people to download this app. You won’t be disappointed.

Really works!
I downloaded this around the holidays of last year so I could have a little extra and when I first downloaded I actually made a ton of extra cash. Gave it 4 stars since when I was using at the end of last year/ beginning of this year there would be a lot of serveys that would disqualify you at the end to avoid paying you. They recently updated that app that changed how it looks and everything and I noticed there's a lot less of those serveys that wouldn't pay, instead the higher paying ones actually pay me at the end. I've been too scared to take any of the ones offering 1-2 dollars incase it does still happen but so far the ones offering 90 cents don't disqualify me anymore!!Show lessshay🍄
It’s real.
Getting disqualified too many times is so annoying, especially with the big money surveys. But other then that, i made $5 in 3 days literally just by filling out surveys when i have spare time to waste loliatay01
Temp-banned repeatedly
I am trying to use this app as intended. However, I have been temporarily banned multiple times, after having been immediately disqualified, multiple times, from surveys. There’s nothing I can do to stop that, but it seems to trigger some sort of temp ban if I attempt too many surveys. I only recently learned I’m supposed to report every last one of those to keep my account in good standing, or else this will just keep happening again. It’s one of the options when contacting support over a survey. There is no direct way to contact support at ALL, except through complaining about specific surveys. Terrible, annoying, useless system. When I first started using this app, it was one of the best, but after just a few days that all went away. Either there’s some flag on my account that needs to be removed, or this app is a time sink meant to steal my pennies; there have been plenty of surveys I’ve completed in their entirety, and were submitted, completed. Yet, I was “disqualified” at the very end, after passing all screening and QA questions, within the recommended amount of time. Yeah, ok. I’m sure AttaPoll didn’t keep that incentive for themselves, and put me on their little shelf. What a waste of time. What a shame. I’m between jobs and trying to scramble food together, guys. Yes you get paid for reviews and yes they actually pay out but firstly the pay is measley. Sometimes it’s only something like 40cents for a job that will take you 20-30 minutes and secondly half the time I will spend a good 15-20 minutes giving detailed responses to a survey only to be told it’s been cancelled because I’m not the target audience right near the end or half way through. I’ve wasted more time doing surveys I’ve been removed from and getting no payment than actually earning! If I’m not the target audience then fine but that needs to be worked out in the first minute so I’m not wasting my time, this is what makes it seem scammy. Users are actually giving these sites all their feedback and details, but not getting paid for their work as they get kicked out of the survey near the end.Show lessCelesteroids
Amazing app
This one by far is the most legitimate survey app where you will surely be paid off. I’ve already made about $40 from doing surveys. Some will disqualify you, but you can find other surveys as there are always new surveys that comes up.aglcca
