It's possible they hid their profile, or haven't logged in yet.

-More support for dynamic URL linking. -For the new NAX setting, appointments still appear in Profile, but not in Schedule anymore. -Updates to login, and so you'll want to update to the latest version of the app. -Navigation icons now fill up the whole screen on iPhone XR and iPhone XS Max. -Bookmarking a subsession only bookmarks that subsession, rather than the entire series.
