I’ve been living in Guangzhou since 2000, when That’s was still a paper magazine called “Clueless in Guangzhou,” and That’s, in all its variations, has been a constant help from then until now. I don’t often go to the expat locations where you can find paper That’s, so the app is perfect for me. I had no trouble setting it to show me Guangzhou-area articles (rather than Shanghai or Beijing.) I also appreciate their sister publication, Urban Family.
