I love it, it’s so much easier than what I thought it would be, and when I personally go into the bank the customer service is excellent and the staff are very helpful in whatever I need. Thank you
App is great, logging in is a pain
Having to enter my password after the app has confirmed me using Face ID is a nusance

I’d give it no stars if I could. Every time I can’t log in with my fingerprint, which happens regularly, I can’t log in with my password and have to phone the bank to have it changed. It’s been happening for years and they don’t care about it and make it sound like it’s my fault. Judging by the reviews it isn’t just me and they don’t care at all about fixing it. I’m leaving and going to another bank. 🤬🤬🤬 If you don’t care about your customers, I’m certainly not going to care about you.

This app is a waste of your time, between forced password changes weekly and randomly getting locked out and crashes you can barely use it. Faster to drive to the bank
Terrible for a banking app
App constantly crashes and I have to re enter all my info … how frustrating! Fix it please !
