I don’t speak Japanese
I love Veltra’s website. I’ve used it for years and was really excited to see that they finally have an app. But when I downloaded it to my iPhone it immediately went into Japanese. It never gave me the option for English and since I don’t speak Japanese, I can’t get it to English. If anyone can advise me please let me know.Show lessKarinneg8
Good app, needs one adjustment
Good app, but the first question should be what language to use. The website itself is great as we can translate to English easy, but I can’t find where in the app to change the language. Please make it easier to find that within the app.Tom_In_AZ

No English version?
I download the app and it’s automatically set to Japanese...cannot fine the language portion to change to English. I’ve used this app but never experienced this issue. I had to reinstall the app due to updates in my phone. Don’t know how to change to English.*<JoJo>*
