    App does not work. Could not place order.

    They will quote you 60 minutes, but are always “so sorry for the delays.” I have ordered from them multiple times but never again.

    Don’t trust the deliver window. If they say your order will be delivered in 60 minutes, do not have any expectation of receiving your order until at least and hour and thirty minutes. Also, they do not care about their customers at all.

    Worst service ever. I ordered twice and it took more than 2 hours to deliver. They don’t even care about customers and not polite when you check on status. App is not great and half of the links don’t work.

    My roommate sent me her discount code and I downloaded the app made my first purchase. After I placed the order someone called me and said “you should understand we’re trying to acquire new customer not people from the same household” and he canceled my order 🙄 I’ve removed the app

    Worst experience ever. Ordered at 4pm it’s now 6:30 still nothing. The guy who answered the phone is very unprofessional and shouldn’t answer the phone. I can get Chinese food faster than this service.

    Delivery guy checked me out creepily so I arrange for them to just leave the bag the next time. But then he was texting me. Now it’s been over an hour. I guess it’s not as interesting for them if I’m not willing to come to the door. inconsistent, unprofessional, horrible.

    They gave me wrong chips because mine ran out without telling me on purpose , no noticing I ate some and wanted a refund , they made me give back the bag. I was ordering a lot from them post COVID too.. never again.. so sad .. horrible customer service
  • Rude customer service

    I would have been a faithful customer for many years, but I called this evening about an order that I never received and the young man on the phone was very rude. He told me I was called, which is untrue, but I was still billed. When I questioned him he snapped at me. As a business owner, that is not the way to keep customers. Just wanted to give some constructive feedback.
