Refused to refund the money back
I purchase the subscription because I was thinking that there will be the movie I was looking for. Also sometimes it was glitching. Asked to refund my money back, since it’s been just a day and I didn’t like the app at all, refused to fo that. The customer service don’t reply on time, it takes them whole day to reply. Glitchy, and needs better sub. plan
I like the offerings here! But… on the Apple TV app, when you click to see all the selections on a specific topic, I just get a spinning wheel. Please fix this!
Second, this subscription is rather pricey for being niche. And not offering an annual plan with a discount is keeping me from spending, along with the glitch I mentioned above.
I’ll be watching for updates to both.

Great variety of documentaries
There are so many really interesting documentaries to watch and very good quality too. I’d like to be able to rate them after watching but can’t because the stars and rate button are off the bottom of the screen and I can’t move it up so can’t tap it. Please fix it! I’m using iPhone SE 1st gen.PabloFezzz
