What a joke...
Looks like I’ll be returning this after receiving it for Christmas...App drops connection and won’t reconnect...Can’t do anything even from the app it seems although it says I can control it I can’t change temps...Bradley you’re a complete joke of a company putting out such a mediocre app on such an expensive unit...Show lessthisnicknameisajoje
Was Functional
When I first started using the App, it was much more functional until an update a year ago.
Tried to smoke a turkey and had to finish in the oven because once a message pops up with a warning it doesn’t resume unless you power cycle.
Hope they fix it... my old Bradley was 10x better.Sapodaca
Needs major improvement
So apparently the recent update fixes the bugs, but it has not.
App keeps going into demo mode and can’t find the device - except when you first bring power online to the smoker. It works for the first 10 minutes but then drops signal and you can only reconnect when you turn the smoker off and back on again.
No defined layout on the touchscreen. Very hard to set time. Need the app to get better accuracy- but of course the app only works for a short time.
The actual smoker works really well - and I have attached the old smoking unit to the new box.Show lessLes in Albany.

Awful app. Anytime I close it, it disconnects from my smoker. Also appears very cheaply made, not smooth at all!Amyhrenyk
Developers should be fired
Worst app I have seen. I paid extra money to buy a smoker which could be controlled by my iPhone. The old version even though it crashed still allowed me to control the smoker this version is just a read only of the panel in front of the smoker.

Horrible Design
The app used to work, but was poorly designed. Now the new app doesn’t work at all. You are going backwards Bradley!CDM85252
Version 2,1 seems more stable
On the 5ths of July they rolled an update version 2.1 that seems more stable than the 2.0. At lest for the time I’ve tried it, it didn’t crash a single time. Time will tell if this version I really better but so far so good.tokerfrank
Poor
I used to have this app a long time ago, I deleted it because they did an update on it, and it quit working. I recently tried this new app. So far I can’t get into any of the options, I open the app, it says to select your smoker, but that is all you can do. This app seems to have some issues. Control the smoker??
The app doesn’t work like it’s supposed to. I cannot change time, temperature, or really do anything but see the status of the smoker. Maybe it’s an iOS update issue, but the app doesn’t work like the marketing material says it should.upste.'
The application is really poor
The app is poorly written, features don’t Work, Bluetooth fails to the point of useless, needing to shutdown whole oven and restart, not optimised for screens.
Mostly unusable.
So disappointing. I just want to return the smoker.Brettcathome
