Pay for something and get…nothing

Paid for premium service. Did not receive credits. Therefore, Cant access premium features(asking me to pay again even though it’s paid), then it confirms its paid and doesn’t let me access anything ) and can’t get hold of anyone. Will be cancelled which is a shame.

Great App - but…Pro Subscription not working!

I think this is a wonderful great app. I enjoy turning text to image. I love it so much that I had to subscribe to get premium access. Usually when you subscribe to something on an App, the rewards appear immediately! But something went wrong. I subscribed but the App didn’t seem to recognise that I am now a Premium user and I didn’t get my reward of 1000 credits.

Please help!

Exceptional App - Very Powerful & Budget Friendly

I went on a search for an Ai Outpainting app but came across Ai Leap and got way more than I bargained for!! I love the outpainting part of the app, and the Ai Portrait is absolutely stunning! I can’t believe the quality of the images generated!!
I’ve not even made it through all of the options and tools offered by this app but I already know it has become & will remain a go-to app in my image editing and generation arsenal!
The pro version is only $3.99/week or $30/year, which is very budget friendly. If you’re not sure the app is for you, it offers a 7 day free trial!
VERY happy that I downloaded and gave this app a try. Jam packed full of amazing features and tools, you can’t go wrong with this app! Keep up the good work guys!

….app tells me i am a premium..

Now i am losing patience!! Tells me i am a premium paid until march 25 but i still can t use the ai parts of the app!! Anyone else had this probleme?!

Light x to AI Leap

I had Light x for years and was totally happy with it until they “upgraded” it and rebranded it AI Leap, so so sorry I clicked on the upgrade as it’s totally unrecognisable and nothing like Light X WHICH I PAID FOR 😡
So I deleted it as it became useless for me now I see they have rebranded it again from Light X to AI Leap to this one now 🤷🏻‍♂️is this to make it more difficult for us to write our reviews?

Sorry for the inconvenience, we've introduced an updated light version called LightX Express, now known as AI Leap. All editing features remain free for existing users in the rebranded version. Please give it a try and let us know if you encounter any issues.

A COOL APP THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED!

this used to be a cool photo editing app. I paid to have it upgraded. I couldn't figure out why the app wasn't on my phone anymore until I realized this was the app. I understand of rebrand, but this is not even a rebrand. This is just a completely different app now. How can you do that? Why can't you just make a new app? Why would you change the entire app to be AI? AI at this point is not even original or necessary because nearly EVERY photo app offers Ai. This app used to be so original because you could edit and change colors/hues. I could never find any apps that did it the way this app used to but now I can't even do it at all. It's just a ridiculous AI app that does nothing. This is ridiculous and I don't even know how Apple would even allow this to happen? Can they just change an app completely like this? Either way, don't download it. Trust all the negative recent reviews.

These amazing reviews are from a different app!

Up until about two weeks ago, this app was called LightX and almost every review you see here is from that app. This new app “AILeap” is completely different and was forced onto existing paid customers who purchased LightX.

I am a prior paid user to LightX, which I have been very fond of. This new AI app that you created should not have been pushed to your current LightX users. Yes, I see the plus button to edit photos similar to how it used to be. I don’t want all this extra garbage and begging for AI subscriptions every time I log into something I have already paid for. As far as I am concerned, you stole from me. You should’ve just made a separate app, not overwrite your existing app in an update in order to trick existing clients into subscribing. I already have an AI app that I use, I don’t want yours. I raved about your app, now I feel incredibly disappointed.. make the legacy app available again please, it was exactly what I wanted.

The '+' button is conveniently located on the home screen, so you can keep creating amazing photos with your existing purchase. We've also added some exciting new AI features to help you take your photos to the next level. These features are available with separate subscriptions, so you can also subscribe for AI features. sharing the sentiments of many other "burned" LightX purchasers.

I absolutely loved the original LightX app (no not the newer subscription service version) but the one-time fee one. It was super simple, effective and did all I needed it to do. Today I find out not only was I force updated to this new AI app, but despite avoiding their newer apps with subscription fees they forced this update - took away access to the LightX app which I had paid for - and now require a subscription for the same features I used to already own. I didn't need another generic AI app. I honestly am getting tired of paying for one time fee apps just for the developers to later on take away access to the app I owned and replace it with something i didn't ask for. will be removing this

They have just changed the app from one of the best photo editing apps I have ever had to this awful Ai generating app. It’s a shame they felt the need to go down the route of completely making the Ai side of things their main focus, as they could have made another app for it instead of confusing existing users. Or possibly making it a separate section of the app.
