App not working on iPhone 14
With few updates on iOs, this app has stopped working on iPhone 14. Hope they can fix it. Otherwise, its good app
New Update / Won’t open
Was excited to see Harman updated this recently and wanted revisit this app as it would be extremely helpful in my day to day work.
However it won’t even open.. when I try to open it I see the splash page for a second and then the app closes immediately.

Doesn’t seem to want to open- crash on launch.

Finally fixed!
App stopped working for close to a year. It was frustrating waiting for it to be fixed, as we use it on multiple devices for monitor mixing in a church system, but thanful to have it working again.
Updated at last!
This app has now been fixed to work correctly with iOS 16.
While I am pleased that the app now works I remain very disappointed that it took ten months from the full launch of iOS 16 and well over a year from the launch of iOS 16 beta for the app to be made compliant.
Come on Harman, please test your products against new operating systems in a more timely fashion in the future to save your users a lot of frustration!

Update urgently needed!!
Can’t believe that Harmon would leave working musicians out in the cold like this. App doesn’t work with modern iOS. Failure to support their pro line results in a lack of trust across the spectrum of their product line. It’s a critical error by the company’s upper management.
Needs to be updated
This app is awesome, on devices that it is compatible with. I had to track down an older iOS device with an older operating system just to use the app. Hopefully Soundcraft updates this app so it can be useable once again with devices on newer operating systems!
Does not work on I phone now
This used to be great but now it just does not work on iPhone. Urgent update needed.
Hard core Harman guy not happy
Hey Harmann guys, I use virtually all of your your loudspeaker lineup, from EON to the VTX A series. I use your PM and LAC software on the Crown VRack amps and line areays. It works great. I use Soundcraft Si consoles 2 to 3 times a week. My clients have ALWAYS been happy until you didn't update ViSi listen to work on the latest ios. I do MANY shows with IEMs and the musicians LOVED using the app......then it all went away with an ios update. I gave one of them the ViSi remote app and that didn't work out so well. When are you going to get on the update Harmann? When others have bad mouthed your mixers, I've stood up for my Soundcraft boards. I want to keep it up but you're not helping.
