Everything Disappeared
Photos/videos are unviewable. There seems to be three placeholders for them, but you can't see the photos, nor play the videos. I bought the pro version of this app and have had it for a long time. I'm pretty disappointed in the app and lack of customer service. I still have not heard back from them.

App was great for awhile
This was the best APP I ever had till one day I went in to view some private photos and they had ALL disappeared ! Over a years worth of photos and videos poof ! I give it a minus one for privacy & security !
Lost videos
Started using this app as a previous one was about to become obsolete. Moved my videos into it and checked they all worked. Now my videos are fine there is just a black screen when I try to play them. Emailed support and there is no reply. Lost all videos it seems.
