Dishonest
I have been playing this poker game for years with the minimal amount of chips you get every 3 hours. I did not mind that because it was challenging to plain which made it fun. I have only won the jackpot 2 times during this time. Which is far below the average at the real casino I go to in Atlantic City. Again, this was ok with me because it’s all fun and games with no real money involved. However, one day I hit the jackpot and was able to bet higher amounts, in doing so, I then hit 4 duces which gave me even more playing power. As a result I was able to win chips in the billions. Great! Now I am able to bet the highest bet of 500 million. Nice right? No, because instead of adding my chip winnings the deducted them from my bank! I contacted them and explained it happened 2x’s and the owed mr chippies. Yes I got a response that they would take care of but then they simply ignored me. After some time I assumed they fixed the “glitch” as they called it. Once again I bet 500 million, won in the billions, but they deducted my winnings again instead. I contacted them again, but now they won’t respond at all! I never write bad reviews but felt compelled to this time. If your playing for free that’s fine. But I worn you NOT to buy their chips because they will rip you off!,
